This year's Big Chill Holiday takes place on the idyllic Greek Island of Naxos over 10 days from September 22nd to October 1st.
The Island of Naxos is one of the most beautiful Greek Islands and the largest of the Cyclades. Mikri Vigla is well off the beaten tourist track - with its beautiful white sandy beaches there's always a quiet spot to find, cliff tops to explore and the azure sea is crystal clear. You can enjoy the local fish, healthy salads and a selection of traditional Greek food at the friendly local tavernas. Cars and bikes can be hired to explore the mountains, local villages and the gorgeous Naxos town.
The local town of Naxos with the old Market, its narrow stone paved streets becomes a cool oasis on a hot day. Walking around you can admire the traditional buildings used as residences and shops. Sitting at a cafe you can enjoy the spectacular views of the port. Naxos town has a wealth of restaurants serving a broad range of food.
Sites worth seeing are the ancient Temple of Apollo set on the highest point of the cliff top coast line over looking the Harbour. The ancient kouros statues at Melanes and Apollonas, many Medieval and Venetian castles scattered all over the Island ,the museums of the town, The Museum of archeology and the museum of Folk Art in Apiranthos.
Naxos is known for producing cherries, cheese, preserves of fresh fruits, olives, grapes and wine. There are almost eighteen square miles to explore of this of this Island devoted to the Greek Gods and Goddesses of festivities and love.
The Big Chill will be providing pool side music for you to laze to during the day and a blend of chilled out tunes and alternative entertainment which will run along side the main party at night. This will include:
BODY & SOUL AREA
After the chilled success of last year's body and soul area, we will be providing a mellow area daily for massage and alternative therapy.
OUTDOOR FILMS
In addition to the music and healing at this year's event will be a night time outdoor cinema showing a selection of short and feature length films.
PLUS
We will also be organising a night time barbecue on the beach, games, volleyball, windsurfing, a dressing-up box and other activities Big chill stylie!

The price of the holiday (not including transport and meals) is £315 per person. Accommodation is based at Mikri Vigla Hotel and the surrounding apartments. All accommodation is literally on or less than a minute from the beach and is based on shared accommodation.
