vki HELP plz!!!!!!!!!!!!

az elöbb kaptam az otthoni emilre egy "admin@ax.hu"-tól egy emilt, angol szöveggel+1 zip file-lal, hogy megszűnik a mail-cím, stb, és kinyitottam, mert nem tudtam eldönteni, h mi az

szóval kiírta, H c VÍRUSSAL FERTŐZÖTT, DE MOST HOGY EZ VOLT-E A VÍRUS, VAGY NEM, AZT NEM TUDOM. RÖGTÖN KITÖRÖLTEM, DE NEM TUDOM, H MIT KÉNE MOST CSINÁLNOM. :oops: :oops:

Ha enabled-en van a real-time víruskeresés, akkor előbb-utóbb megtalálja. Mindenesetre futtass egy full scan-t!
Ha megtalálja, az jó, ha nem, akkor frissíts adatbázist a vírusírtóban, ha az sem találja, van a norton antivirus oldalán egy kereső, próbáld meg azzal!
Írd ide, mi a vírus neve, ha megvan, és nem tudod leszedni.
Vagy töröld nyugodtan, ha nem rendszerfile-t fertőzött!

az az igazság, h Trend-PC-cilin van, ami egy ideje már szaraxik, mert ugye az állandóan letölti a netről a frissítéseket, de egy ideje nem, vmi szoftver-hiba lehet, nem csak nekem. már deep-scan-neltem, nem talált semmit, de ha nem ismeri fel, nem is találhat, nem??????????????

nemtudom, hol keressem...

XP-m van, és az az igazság, h nem igazán vágom, hogy a plussz szoftvereken kívül mik vannak a gépen (védelmi dolgok).....

szedd le az F-Secure kipróbálható verzióját, töltsd le hozzá az update-et, azt installálás után egyből le kell tölteni... ha megvan és megy, akkor ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/anti-virus/updates/fsupdate.exe szedd le hozzá (legújabb database) és futtasd, majd utána manual scan > all files

Nekem is szokott ilyet csinálni, én utána bezárom slsk-t, s újraindítom. Ha kell, akár háromszor, négyszer. Azt' el kezd működni.

nekem körülbelül tegnap este 12töl ez a helyzet és már megszámlálhatatlan alkalommal probáltam fellépni vele!!!!
de a siker elmaradt.
