Influx Datum (Formation)

Az Influx Datum egy angol-amerikai vegyesvállalkozás, amelyet a londoni Gavin Price (Influx UK) és a Miami Vice helyszínén élő Marco Fabian (InDat) alkot. Mindketten a gitártól indultak, Gavinnek 11 éves korában apja ezen mutatta meg az akkordokat, Marco pedig zeneiskolában ismerkedett a hangszerrel. Innen, bár más utakon, de mindketten a drum and bass-nél kötöttek ki, majd találkozásuk óta Influx Datum néven dolgoznak közösen.
A távolságot két stúdióval áthidaló fiúk DJ SS Formation kiadójánál leltek otthonra, ahol 1999-es első maxijuk óta kakukktojásként képviselik a zeneiséget és a dallamokkal teli drum and bass-t.
Hamar a Radio1-os liquid funk keresztapa, Fabio kedvencei lettek, akinek közreműködésével a 'Back For More' és a 'Take My...' hatalmas siker lett, de High Contrast ('Music Is Everything') és MJ Cole ('Wondering Why') remixükkel is taroltak.
Gavin, azaz Influx UK nem csak a stúdióban van otthon, 1985 óta DJ-zik, akkoriban a hip hop és a house ragadta magával, később a UK hardcore és jungle megjelenésekor olyan hatalmas rave-eken pörgetett, mint a Genesis vagy a Raindance. Jelenleg Influx UK néven saját szólóalbumán dolgozik, a 2 Million and Rising LP közelgő megjelenése adja a budapesti fellépés apropóját.

az a kis promómix, amit a (már akkoris készülő) albumja zenéiből kb másfél éve játszott a 1xtrán, kb letépte a fejemet :slayer:

remélem jó sok saját cuccot fog játszani 8)
