StormWave pres. Cause4Concern

BORG & EFFECT (StormWave, Necronome)
SYNOPTIC & WARP (StormWave)

Cause4Concern:
A Cause4Concern elnevezésű formáció négy tagja egészen a 80-as évek végétől otthonosan mozog az elektronikus tánczenék között, megismerkedtek az electro, a hip-hop, az acid house és techno világával, míg végül a Drum & Bass hangzásában találták meg saját egyedi stílusukat. 1999 elején Optiv és Tobie csatlakozott Markhoz és Stuhoz, majd felhagyva a lemezterjesztéssel, önálló szerzemények kreálásába fogtak. Mindannyian több éve zenéltek mint DJ, így ez a döntés tűnt számukra a következő lépésnek. Néhány hónap stúdiómunka után meg is jelent első zenéjük a Moving Shadow gondozásában. Ezután vették fel a Cause4Concern elnevezést, majd rögtön meg is alapították saját kiadójukat hasonló néven. Hamarosan el is készült az első kiadvány, melyre rögtön olyan producerek figyeltek fel mint Doc Scott, Fierce vagy Grooverider. 2001-ben a hallatlanul sikeres C4C label mellett a srácok elindították második kiadójukat is C4C Limited névvel, melyen inkább experimentálisabb jellegű zenék valamint korábbi megjelenéseik remixei láttak azóta napvilágot. Új kiadójuk ismét olyan szerzők munkáit juttatta el a közönséghez mint Stakka & Skynet, Teebee, Matrix, Fierce vagy Rymetyme. Bár a srácok az utóbbi időkben kissé eltűntek az aktív dnb színtérről, jelenleg ismét stúdióban töltik idejüket, és hamarosan megjelenő Pandemic LP-jükön dolgoznak. Hazánkban ezúttal Stu (Mixmagician) fogja tiszteletét tenni, akit a csapat legügyesebb kezű DJ-jeként tartanak számon.

Sajnálattal kell bejelentenem, hogy rajtunk kívül álló okokból kénytelenek vagyunk megváltoztatni a rendezvény helyszínét, és ebből adódóan az időpontot is némileg el kell tolnunk. Félreértések elkerülése végett hangsúlyozom, hogy Stu mindenképpen tiszteletét teszi kis városunkban, csak nem az Origo Club fog ehhez helyet adni. Sokatoknak ez bizonyára öröm, mivel az új helyen semmiképpen sem az eddigi hangcucc fog szólni. Pontos részletek később, jelenleg még folynak a tárgyalások. Az időpont ügyében szintén, de terveink szerint november során sikerül kitűzni a bulit.
Mindenkinek köszi a megértést!
