Mondjuk ez a cikk azt írja, hogy többen saját vállalkozásba kezdtek a cégnél, és az átmenetet megpróbálják 'as smooth as possible' megoldani. Tehát a bezárást valamilyen átalakulás követi. De egyre gyakoribb az, hogy direktben a kiadótól vagy a művésztől kell megvásárolni ezeket dolgokat (ha ilyen tempóban zárnak be és alakulnak át ezek a cégek, nem marad más fix pont a vevőnek.)
