Az a bizonyos nu skool breakz az azért több volt mint lelassított darenbez. Habár az is igaz hogy állítólag az első nu skool trekkek lelassított nu skool alapokra épültek, elektro FX-ekkel és house vokálokkal és mc-kkel megspékelve. Persze ezek a jegyek nem mindegyikre volt jellemzőek, némelyikben csak egy, néhányban több stílus jele volt fellelhető, máskor a hangsúlyokat egészen eltolták egy-egy stílus irányába, pl. elektro avagy dnb.

Így a fáma...

Ha ezt nézzük akkor valamilyen szempontból lehetne tekinteni a mai "lelassított dnb"-re hajazó brékeket nu skoolnak tekinteni, de persze ez nem igaz.

dzsizász, ne degradáljátok a nu skool breakz-t ilyen szintekre :weep:

Ha már az egyszerű példáknál tartunk, akkor BLIM-től (meg nem a Lost In Music-ot kellene elővenni skacok, hanem) a 'Headless Horseman Rides Again' remixet vagy a 'Chronologic'-ot vagy T-Power: 'Fuzzy Logic' és Freq: 'Boomin Back Atcha'-t, Uptown Connection 'Madness'-t hallgassátok meg... sorolhatnám. Azok azok voltak, ez meg nem. Attól még, hogy játszottak anno dnb-t lassítva (pl. Fierce & Nico: 'Input'), és keverték más hatásokkal, még nem volt a stílus dnb-s, csak futurisztikus. Amúgy meg baromság, h a dnb-ből jött az egész, inkább a basszusorientáltságot vették át onnan, meg egy csipetnyi attitűdöt... volt breakbeat a nuskool éra előtt is (A Guy Called Gerald, FSOL, Leftfield stb) :idea:

Psure: botchit breaks 1-2t ne bántsd
