Real name & Where are you from?I'm known as Nicholas Robert Weiller to my parents.
I was born in Rome, Italy, but I was raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Yep.
Where did the name come from?What... my name? Odd question.. I'm not sure where my name comes from.
How did you become involved in the Drum & Bass scene?I played in punk bands all throughout high school and when I got to
college, i couldnt find anyone to play with. So I went to a rave and
heard some drum and bass. It sounded fast, hard and neat-o. So I liked it.
What projects are you currently working on?Well, we're all pretty consumed with Evol Intent at the moment, but we've
all got our minds on other things as well. Aj is working on an idm project
titled "slow funeral"... Before the onslaught of work recently, I was
working on some idm things as well and playing in a band. I'm really into
the idea of starting up a band with the 3 members of Evol Intent actually.
We all have similar influences and we can all hold our own on "real"
instruments. ;)
What are your musical influences?Recently, I've been listening to people like venetian snares, ochre,
radiohead, mogwai, mars volta.. lots of idm, rock.. I usually throw on
some propagandhi when I need something heavy. As far as dnb goes, I've
been playing a lot of stuff by tech itch, noisia, mayhem.. hard and heavy,
but danceable.
Name 3 songs from when you were a child that you liked?My sister got me into punk when i was in 4th grade, so i've always been
into that stuff more than anything. I remember listening to "waiting room"
by fugazi on the way to summer camp with her and my parents in the car.
Hmm, I listened to a lot of nwa and eazy e in 6th grade. I definitely
remember playing the amen loop from straight outta compton on my desk at
school... hmm, 1 more song? Shit.. "welcome home sanitarium" by metallica.
Are there any Drum & Bass artists you would like to work with?nope.

What would be your dream tune to remix?Hmmmm.. whiplash by future cut.

limewax's remix of "life of sin" by tech itch, "filth bath" by evol intent
& corrupt souls... lots of good stuff around right now.
Favourite all time d&b tune?I think the tune that had the most impact on me was "whiplash" by future
cut. I was into dnb for a long time before that, but I can clearly recall
going crazy the first time I heard it.
Whats your favourite place to play?Well, in the United States, I'd say San Francisco, Los Angeles and
Rochester, New York.
Any place you really want to play ?I'd love to play @ The End in london.
Where do you see drum & bass heading this year?Digital Distribution.
What are your thoughts on d&b and the internet?Fuck dnb and the internet.
What are your thoughts on mp3 vs vinyl?They're both valid platforms. I play cd's, sorry if it bothers anyone, but
it's more efficient and doesnt weigh as much.
What do you do when your not playing out or in the studio?smoke drugs and worship false idols.
What hardware/software do you use to produce?Logic, Reason, Recycle and assorted plug ins and fancy shit.

What do you get upto on a night off from d&b?When I get some time off in Atlanta, i like to stay at home and recover
and rest, but if i'm feeling lively.. chances are you can catch me at the
cheetah looking at boobies and having fun with my friends. I'm not a
(total) pervert, but strip clubs are good places for men to be men without
catching shit for it.
Fave Movies?I didn't like star wars # 4 and 5.
Do you read much? If so what?Liberal diarreah mainly.. but i'll read some dan brown stuff, mindless
suspense bullshit to make my flights go by faster.
