megelozesre kell figyelni :>
pritos,ketszer sult, ropogos kenyer..etc.reggelente.
barmi, ami lehozza a torkodra rakodott mocskot. folyadek nem segit. +rendszeres orrfujas.
en 3 eve igy tolom, azota nincs szigetko'rom, elotte rendszeresen volt utana par nap keszenlet.

nekem C vitamin, kalcium pezsgőtabletta és neo citran volt a gyógyír
már szinte egészséges vagyok :D

na most a mez van bevetesen koffeinmentes teaval, meg mezes citromos strepsils

neocitrant megittam, de az csak szetmarta a nyelocsovemet, phuj de rossz


milyet kaszalhatnanak a szigetek ha betornenek a gyogyszerpiacra is

citromot most egyszeruen nem birnek (a koffeinmentesben semmi) :)

érdekes nekem a szigeten nem lett semmi bajom (pedig mojito csúszott folyamatosan), viszont itt a melóban egyből megártott a légkondi. 8)

C vitamin - 1000 mg/nap [ mondjuk egy hetig ]
Mez mez mez mez [ tea nelkul akar ]

Mi ezt a kurat alkalmaztuk, 2 nap alatt elmult minden bajunk.
