a kiadott dubstep zenék átlagos tempója az évek folyamán egyre nő, némelyik régi darabot már fel sem lehet húzni tempóra, ha egy mai benga +3-4 körül van és +-8as technics-eken próbálkozik az ember

amúgy tény, hogy csomóan írják egy fix tempóra a zenéiket: benga, distance, headhunter általában 140re ír mindent és kész, nincs bajlódás a keveréssel, beatmatching helyett elég a szelekcióra és a szett-felépítésre koncentrálni. ezt még jónak is mondanám.

viszont ez a bpm kategorizálás megint ilyen eliteskedő, maffiózós "majd én megmondom neked milyen zenét írj" dolog. nem egy szimpatikus hozzáállás számomra.

mellesleg tőlem is kérte egy nevesebb uk-dubstep dj anno hogy a zenéimet rendereljem ki 137 bpm-re
a sweet gardent át is írtam neki, mert az csak egy mozdulat volt, de a taiwan street-et nem lehet mert akkor a pánsíp-minták el fognak csúszni az ütemhez képest, nem volt és nincs most sem kedvem szarakodni vele, maradt 133-on :)

mostanság ilyen praktikus megfontolások miatt én is 140-re írom a zenéket általában, mert a taiwan street-et pl pont a 133 miatt lesz nehéz felhúzni egy +3-on játszott bengához egy mk2-esen

most mondanám, hogy a 153-a bass train is szívás ugyanezért, de nem mondom, mert 140 körülre lehúzva abból a zenéből egyfajta különös belső sötét erő szabadul fel. devil tune :D
