Survival régi motoros, új néven. A nagy visszatérő, aki talán még soha nem volt olyan népszerű dnb berkekben, mióta levedlette régi neveit és felvette a Survival alteregót.
A kis Steve Survival már 13 évesen faragta az ütemeket a kis Yamaháján, tudását addig csiszolgatva, amíg a Basement nevű stúdióban nem találta magát, ahol profi körülmények között alkothatott, miközben ugyanitt dolgozott hangmérnökként különböző zenekarokkal és techno producerekkel.
Végül egy haverjával Accoustic Research néven 1994-ben megjelent első lemezük, amelyet jópár követett az akkori atmoszférikus vonalon. Később, 1998-ban nevüket Banaczech-re változtatták, majd a Partisan kiadónál három maxival a hátuk mögött feloszlatták magukat. Jókora szünet után 2004-ben Survival visszajött, hogy saját stílusát a kor szelleméhez igazítva, modern köntösbe bújtassa hangzását, amely ugyanolyan mély és érdekes, mint az aranykorban.
