Smoove zenei karrierje 1990-ben (!) indult az Ashbrooke Allstars nevű formációval. Már a kilencvenes évek elején saját rádióműsort működtetett (Ultra Vibe), amelyben soul, funk, hip hop és jazz zenéket küldött az éterbe. 1996-ban publikálta "He Won''t Get Far" című első maxiját, amit az évek során továbbiak követtek, de igazán az elmúlt egy évtized eseménynaptára sűrű: emberünk megjelentett két nagylemezt, vagy egy ásónyomnyi remixet (többek között a The New Mastersound-nak, a The Juju Orchestra-nak, Malente-nek, a Dynamo Production-nek, a Bukky Leo Quintet-nek...), saját kiadót alapított (Wack Records), rengeteget turnézott, és tökéletesre csiszolta a dj technikáját.
Ha mindehhez még hozzávesszük, hogy gyakorlatilag ő lehelt életet a sokáig halottnak hitt Acid Jazz kiadóba - és az azonos nevű műfajba! - akkor bátran kijelenhetjük, érdemes figura.
Azt beszélik, Smoove dacol azzal megcsontosodott nézettel, miszerint egy dj sohasem táncol. Ő előszerettel csörög a közönséggel együtt a saját bulija közben, mintegy a pult másik oldaláról is tesztelve a kialakult atmoszférát.
Mindezt most először teszi Magyarorzágon.

Holnap(szerda11.20.) déltől egyig Smoove mixe lesz hallható a radio café 98.6-on.

Az első fél óra a S.M.O.V. néven készített bootlegek, a második pedig Smoove track-ek egyvelege lesz!
