Ugyan nem a szcénához tartozik,de hír:
A londoni zavargásokban leégett a Sony - PIAS (Play It Again Sam) lemezraktára, ahol számtalan kisebb house/techno és egyéb label, többek között Rob Da Bank Sunday Best kiadója, a Ninja Tune, a Warp vagy a Young Turks tárolta cd- és bakelitkészletét. Várhatóan közel száz independent kiadó raktárkészlete semmisült meg, köztük van a Domino, a Rough Trade, a Memphis Industries, Thrill Jockey, XL, 4AD, Sub Pop, Drag City. :evil:

Dubstep got so many young kids into music… Cause when u learn to #!@%*# with an lfo its like the first time u learn to jerk off, its so easy and gratifying.. Best thing about it is now so many young are making other kinds of music and their ideas are really fresh and awesome post dubstep. Like magnetic man burial hackman blawan kito addison groove jayou all these new uk bass & future garage kids i hope more kids in the USA do this too.. whats your thoughts?

ez tényleg érdekes, mert nem kéne úgy csinálnia, mintha az elmúlt pár év nem történt volna meg, és a szava még mindig számítana. az egyetlen dolog, ami ellen hiteles lenne a felszólalása, az a jóízlés.
(de reménykedjünk, hogy ez egy jele a közelgő észhez térésének - vagy legalábbis lett már elég pénze -, és visszatér oda ahol a tehetségével lennie kéne, bár vannak dolgok amiket sehogy sem tudna lemosni magáról)
